Fashion Marketing and Merchandising
Fashion Marketing and Merchandising is a major, which leads to a B.S. degree and a minor that prepares out graduates to enter this multi-faceted and global industry. Students have the opportunity to take coursework in marketing, fashion buying, luxury retailing, digital/social branding, product development, supply chain management and innovation amongst others. Two-week, three-credit courses are offered: Global Luxury Retailing (FMM372) in Paris and Fashion Brand Marketing (FMM350) in Milan. We have placed interns and graduates at nearly 200 companies in the fashion industry. Students are encouraged to pursue double majors that pair well with Fashion Marketing & Merchandising, such as Advertising, Accounting, Finance, Journalism, Marketing, and Management, as these combinations are in high demand in today’s job market.
