EDR 562 Middle School Literature

This course examines a wide range of literature including prose, poetry, short stories and chapter books from the early works of local authors to the Harry Potter phenomena, with a focus on the American Library Association awards and award-winning texts. Motivating students and the development of lifetime reading habits is the major focus of this course.
