Demonstrate competence in designing, conducting, and communicating evidence-based research that is designed to address complex problems of practice in the context of Higher Education

Make data-informed decisions and recommendations related to professional practice
Demonstrate professional oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate an ability to apply social justice and leadership theories to real-world problem and challenges in higher education settings
Review, critique, and develop policies and practices in higher education centered on the principles of equity and justice
