Master of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production
The MFA degree builds on the foundation of courses offered in the Master of Arts Degree (see above) and provides students with additional advanced level study as well as an additional major project. The curriculum is less compressed than in the Master of Arts degree, offering additional time for students to take advantage of ongoing production activities connected to the school. Finally, the Master of Fine Arts is considered to be a ‘terminal degree,’ or in other words the highest degree available in the area of film and television production, opening up additional opportunities for our graduates such as teaching at the college level.
